• Added search box to front page. Only seems to search first few hundred files. Perhaps CWH have some kind of limit configured for htdig.
• Added index page for Miller's church history and removed contents from introduction

• Added index page for magazines, with Truth & Testimony grouped in years
• Added index page for hymns, grouped by hymnbook. Exposed only the Spiritual Songs section, since other parts are a mess with funny characters, etc.
• Removed funny characters from SS hymns files
• Changed backslashes to slashes in SS/EH hymn links
• Changed all hymn mus/mid file names to lowercase and updated all the (SS/EH/other) links accordingly. This was necessary because the filenames were case-inconsistent with the links (which worked on Windows, but doesn't work for URLs)
• Fixed all the linebreaking in the SS files
• Divided titles on Mackintosh index page into sections
• Started dividing Bellett page into books. Still much to do!
• Divided Trotter page into books.
• Fixed linebreaking and tidied HTML in Canst thou by searching find out God?, Trotter's poem and Andrew Miller's poem
